| pPICZ-alpha vector was designed to express recombinant proteins in Pichia pastoris. Recombinant proteins are expressed as fusions to a C-terminal peptide containing the c-myc epitope and a polyhistidine (6xHis) tag. The vector allows highlevel, methanol inducible expression of the gene of interest in Pichia, and can be used in any Pichia strain including X-33, GS115, SMD1168H, and KM71H. | |||||||||||||||||||||
