pEXT08/YC (pcDNA3-cYFP/N) modified from pcDNA3.1 and was designed for high-level stable and transient expression in mammalian hosts to conduct BiFC assay for protein interaction. It contains the C-terminal of EYFP (YC, cYFP) fused to the N-terminal of target protein.
