Description
The pCAMBIA vector backbone is derived from the pPZP vectors and could be used for plant transformation with bacterially-mediated or direct DNA transfer methods such as bombardment. pEXT06/f is modified from pCambia1300 and carries the Kanamycin for selection in E. coli and the Hygromycin marker for selection in plant.
